Adriana earned her masters degree from Nova South Eastern University in counseling with concentration in applied behavior analysis. Adriana is passionate about growing the field of applied behavior analysis and providing services to individuals and their families.

In her free time, Adriana enjoys reading, soccer and spending time on the water with her family and dog.

Tiffany is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician with four years of experience supporting learners in a CBSA classroom environment. She is dedicated to supporting children’s growth by applying proven, research-based strategies. Tiffany works to create environments where every child feels encouraged to grow and succeed.

Outside of her work in ABA, Tiffany is devoted to her family. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 17 years, their two children, and their dogs. She enjoys reading, is an enthusiastic Universal Studios fan, and loves planning family trips and experiences. Tiffany strives to build a fulfilling life for her family and brings that same sense of care, connection, and purpose to her professional work each day.

Ryleigh is a RBT with over four years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has a strong background in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting clients in achieving meaningful behavioral and developmental goals.

Ryleigh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis while accumulating supervised fieldwork hours towards the BCBA certification.

Nikki has been a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for over three years, bringing compassion, patience, and creativity to her work with clients. She holds an Associate’s degree in Social Work and is passionate about helping individuals reach their fullest potential through evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Outside of the ABA field, Nikki also works as a sound engineer for live events, including popular shows like Bands on the Beach. In her free time, she enjoys visiting Orlando’s theme parks—especially Walt Disney World and Universal Studios—where she finds inspiration and joy in the magic of storytelling and entertainment.

Piper is entering her fourth year as a Registered Behavior Technician, having started in the ABA field as soon as she turned 18. She has worked with a wide range of children and is passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting each child’s growth with patience and compassion.

Outside of work, Piper loves coffee, sports, and spending time outdoors. She is grateful to be part of such an impactful field and looks forward to continuing to grow in her work every day.
